Cogir Senior Living in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to act as liaison between residents, families, and the care team, promoting a supportive, safe living environment.

You will assist in scheduling, supervising staff, and coordinating care with home health agencies and external providers, while helping with medication administration and direct resident care as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• An LPN/LVN nursing license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign caregiving and medication technician shifts.
• Participate in recruitment and interviews for new care team members.
• Supervise, train, and support care team members to ensure care standards.
