Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care for residents in a senior living community in Winston-Salem, NC. You will assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a diverse team. Training, scheduling flexibility, and a supportive workplace are offered to help you grow within the Harmony family.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations as applicable.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Reports incidents involving residents to appropriate individuals (ex: HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Responds promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergency alerts.
• Plans and conducts activity programs for residents.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
• Assists residents to and from dining rooms and activities.
• Monitors resident health and reports status to appropriate personnel.
