• Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with capital project processes in multifamily or commercial real estate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define goals, scope, and requirements for capital projects such as preventative maintenance and minor restorations.
• Develop concise project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed to manufacturer recommendations and Asset Living standards.
