Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead capital improvements, including apartment renovations and interior/exterior projects. You will coordinate scope of work, oversee subcontractors, manage budgets and timelines, and report progress to leadership.

The role requires extensive hands-on construction experience, a minimum of seven years in construction supervision, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of construction supervisor or management experience.
• Hands-on construction experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including apartment renovations and interior/exterior work.
• Oversee scope of work and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Track progress against budget and milestones; prepare reports for management.
• Select, negotiate with and manage external consultants or vendors.
