Job summary

Jones-Harrison Senior Living in Minneapolis seeks a Director of Environmental Services to oversee campus buildings and grounds, plus SNF environmental services including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, odor-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role requires supervising EVS staff, developing a preventative maintenance program for the campus, and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts vocational/technical training or an associate degree.
• 1 year to 3 years experience.
• Experience with mechanical equipment.
• Special Class C Boiler License within 1 year.
• Driver's license current in good standing.
• Medical Exam Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be insurable under the employer's Auto Insurance Coverage.
• Must complete and pass in-house transportation curriculum course and pass driving evaluation within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the SNF Environmental Services Department including but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, custodial, and maintenance staff
• Develops and maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program for the Campus
• Promotes a safe work environment
• Responsible for Ebenezer Van/Bus maintenance and upkeep
• Performs all other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policy and standards
