Job summary

Jones-Harrison Senior Living in Minneapolis is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to oversee campus buildings and grounds, and to manage the SNF environmental services including laundry, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff to keep the facility clean, safe and odor-free for residents, staff and visitors.

The role leads the Environmental Services Department, develops a preventative maintenance program for the campus, promotes a safe work environment, and oversees vehicle

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree.
• 1 year One to Three Years.
• Experience with mechanical equipment.
• Special Class C Boilers License within 1 Year.
• Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing).
• Medical Exam Certification.
• Must be at least 18-years old.
• Must be insurable under the employers Auto Insurance Coverage.
• Must complete and pass in-house transportation curriculum course and pass driving evaluation. within 30 Days.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the SNF Environmental Services Department including but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, custodial, and maintenance staff
• Develops and maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program for the Campus
• Promotes a safe work environment
• Responsible for Ebenezer Van/Bus maintenance and upkeep
• Performs all other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policy and standards

Skills

Experience with mechanical equipment

Driver's License

Education

Bachelor's degree in Plant Maintenance or related field
