Job summary

Vitality Living Spring Hill is seeking a Business Office Director to lead resident billing, accounts payable and front desk operations in a full-time salaried role. You will balance deadlines while ensuring resident and team member satisfaction, with a focus on accuracy and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business with 2-3 years’ experience in office administration preferably in a property management or senior living setting.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident billing activity, posting payments and managing accounts payable.
• Review invoices for approval and enter into accounts payable system timely.
• Oversee workers' comp claims and payroll processes, maintain personnel files.
• Assist with resident move-ins and lease signings; supervise front desk staff.
• Participate in weekend Leader on Duty rotation and ensure surveys are deficiency-free.
