• Associates degree in business and 2–3 years of office administration experience.
• Experience in property management or senior living setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, detail-orientation, and financial acumen.
• Solid problem-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident billing activity and posting payments.
• Review and submit invoices to department managers for approval and enter into accounts payable.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and payroll processing.
• Assist with resident move-ins and lease signings.
• Directly supervise front desk staff.
• Participate in weekend Leader on Duty rotation.
• Support deficiency-free state surveys for team and resident files.
