As Head of Sales for Senior Living, you own our largest multi-location deals from initial contact to signed contracts, managing multi-location groups where one win unlocks the next.

You will close multi-location deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders over strategic, multi-month cycles, supported by a sales

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

Responsabilités

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
