Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director with planning, implementing, and evaluating operations.
• Oversee front desk staff and staff development; manage recruitment efforts.
• Lead onboarding, hiring decisions, and retention strategies for high-quality personnel.
• Manage budget and cash flow, minimize variances, and participate in in-house sales events.
• Maintain resident records, compliance, and positive relationships with residents and staff.
