Qualifications

• Superior communication skills in English, oral and written.
• Experience marketing to seniors or in senior housing is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resident recruitment process and cultivate relationships with prospects and families.
• Develop and maintain internal and external marketing strategies including referrals and community partnerships.
• Maintain occupancy levels, track resident movements, and manage admission/assessment with the management team.
