Windsor Court Senior Living is seeking a Community Liaison to lead resident recruitment and develop marketing strategies that engage prospects and families. You will be the central contact for prospective residents, coordinating admissions with the community team to ensure smooth transitions.

• Able to recognize common signs of dementia.
• Strong customer service and telephone marketing capabilities.
• Adaptable, flexible, focused on prospective residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Lead the resident recruitment process and build relationships with prospects and families.
• Develop and maintain internal and external marketing strategies including referrals and community relationships.
• Maintain occupancy, track resident movements, and manage admission/assessment with management team.
