Lakeside Manor is seeking a Sales Manager to build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the leasing journey and delivering a personalized experience. The role focuses on tours, lead follow-up, and collaboration with the Executive Director to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will bring consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to relentlessly pursue resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales, leasing or related relationship-driven environment.
• Experience guiding prospects through leasing processes and tours.
• Strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing and occupancy by managing inquiries, applications, deposits and move-ins.
• Conduct engaging community tours and personalized consultations for prospects and families.
• Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and follow up with qualified leads.
• Deliver presentations; highlight amenities, services, and lifestyle value.
• Collaborate with Sales Director to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from first contact to move-in.
