The role requires a valid Colorado driver license, 3+ years of AL facility leadership, and completion of 40-hour Administrator training; the position is exempt and reports to the Director of Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of prior work experience managing a similar-sized Assisted Living facility.
• Must have completed a 40-hour Administrator training program or be in process of completing hours.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of services to ensure care aligns with resident agreements, assessments and care plans.
• Organize and direct ongoing functions of the residence including maintenance and safety.
• Monitor facilities operations including utilities, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Conduct resident, family and case manager meetings as needed; coordinate with physicians and hospitals as required.
• Manage occupancy, budgeting, reporting, and ensure adherence to Medicaid and regulatory standards.
