Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as Wellness/Resident Services Coordinator in a healthcare setting.
• Current Colorado QMAP certification.
• Experience working with elderly population.
• Read, write, speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day resident care under Administrator supervision.
• Lead care team with clear expectations and performance monitoring.
• Ensure safety, quality of care, and medication administration per orders.
• Schedule and supervise staff, including coverage and shift changes.
• Assist in marketing the facility as directed by Administrator.
• Maintain documentation and incident reporting, including medications and evaluations.
