Golden Rose Senior Living is seeking an energetic, servant-hearted Administrator to lead our small home like community. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where leadership, resident care, team development, and occupancy growth matter.

You will lead daily operations and regulatory compliance, build a high-performing team, support resident satisfaction and quality care, and drive occupancy and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Assisted living, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred - must have 5 years of verifiable management in healthcare setting or a degree.
• Passion for serving seniors and growing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and regulatory compliance.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Support resident satisfaction and quality care.
• Drive occupancy and community engagement.
• Take call after hours as needed.
• Work Monday-Friday unless needed for emergencies.
• Provide training, coaching and leadership.
