Senior Housing Options, Inc. is seeking an Administrator, Assisted Living II to oversee two facilities with up to 64 units. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and lead staff to deliver high-quality resident care and safety.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in health care, a 40-hour administrator training or equivalent, and strong budget, occupancy, and regulatory knowledge in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred; related field (Human Services)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years experience managing a similar-sized Assisted Living facility
• Prior supervisory experience in health care a must
• Must have completed 40-hour Administrator training or be in process
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee two assisted living facilities with up to 64 units and ensure care plans are followed
• Supervise and evaluate staff, including hiring, training and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage facility budget, occupancy, and waitlists
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and families as needed
• Maintain resident care quality and safety as a top priority
• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and operations to keep a clean, safe environment
• Prepare occupancy agreements and lease-related documents
