Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing, coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. You will promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through engaging programs and events.

Role requires experience with seniors, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Join a team focused on care, growth, and community enrichment.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Experience leading life enrichment activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse residents.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead or assist with social, religious, educational, indoor, and outdoor activities.
• Facilitate games, exercise, art/music, trips and events.
• Support monthly newsletter coordination.
