Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for our senior residents. You will help promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through diverse activities and events while maintaining a caring, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of experience with seniors, strong communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12 months of relevant experience working with seniors, leading life enrichment activities is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group and individual activities, exercise, arts, and outings.
• Coordinate the monthly newsletter and communications.
• Assist in decorating for events and seasonal celebrations.
• Support coordination of external trips and ensure resident safety during outings.
