Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Two years' experience with the elderly in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work with residents respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly activity calendar to each resident.
• Assist in planning and implementing group activities and reminiscence sessions.
• Visit residents, conduct activity assessments, and enter information into the system.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate schedules for activities and outings.
• Support the Life Enrichment Coordinator and maintain a cheerful environment.
