Legend Senior Living® is seeking an Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents, improving quality of life. You will support calendar development, budgeting, and partner with external groups to enrich daily life for seniors.

The role includes coordinating transportation, supervising activity components, and ensuring activities align with residents' preferences and safety guidelines. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Ability to plan and implement resident activities.
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordinating with outside organizations.
• Help ensure activities meet resident needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of life enrichment components as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
