Qualifications

• Knowledge of activities to meet residents’ needs.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Able to multitask with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion for the elderly and disabled.
• Knowledge of MSDS guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient with common computer software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities and events.
• Assist in New Resident Orientation.
• Track attendance and encourage participation.
• Maintain activity calendar and supplies.
• Promote resident participation and safety.
• Educate residents on Emergency Plan.
• Assist with tours and volunteer recruitment.
• Protect residents’ confidentiality.
