Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Fort Collins, CO seeks an Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for residents, promoting connection, wellness, and joy. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, compassionate demeanor, strong communication, and ability to work with seniors. Prior care facility experience is preferred; knowledge of MSDS and basic office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and participates in daily activities and events.
• Assists in conducting New Resident Orientation.
• Tracks attendance and encourages residents to participate in activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents' personal information.
• Assists with tours and inquiries as needed.
• Promotes resident participation in daily activities.
