Jackson Creek Senior Living in Davenport, IA seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant to collaborate with the lifestyle team in creating vibrant resident experiences. You will help plan and lead activities across physical, social, and educational categories to foster an inclusive, engaging community.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, being at least 18, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and lead activities across physical, social, recreational, and other categories.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop.
• Coordinate community outings, events, and celebrations as a chaperone.
• Know residents and promote activities aligned with their interests.
• Assist with decorating the facility for events.
• Invite residents to participate and help them to activities.
• Support social media content creation for the community.
• Drive the company vehicle for activities and appointments.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance experiences.
• Identify and requisition supplies for planned activities.
• Report on-the-job injuries before the end of the shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and operations information.
• Other duties as assigned.
