The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a commitment to resident well‑being. Experience with LifeLoop is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing, and leading resident activities across physical, social, recreational, and educational categories.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation while building positive relationships.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop and track trends.
• Coordinate community outings, events, and celebrations, acting as chaperone when needed.
• Promote activities tailored to each resident's interests and assist with accessibility.
