You will plan, implement, and lead activities across physical, social, recreational, and educational categories, building relationships and coordinating outings.

You will document daily resident engagement in LifeLoop, supporting community events and collaborating with other departments to enhance resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and lead activities across physical, social, recreational, educational, creative, entertainment, and service categories.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document daily engagement in LifeLoop and observe trends.
• Coordinate outings, events, and celebrations with chaperone duties.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to their interests.
