Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading activities for residents.
• Lead group activities and encourage participation.
• Document resident engagement in LifeLoop.
• Coordinate community outings and events.
• Promote activities based on residents' interests.
• Assist with facility decoration for events.
• Drive company vehicle as needed.
