Job summary

Dial is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join the lifestyle team and help create vibrant, engaging experiences for residents. You will plan and lead activities across physical, social, recreational, educational, and creative categories, coordinating outings and events with other staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and being at least 18 years old. Previous senior living experience is a plus, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing, and leading activities in physical, social, recreational, intellectual/educational, creative, entertainment, religious, service/volunteering and special resident requests.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop and track trends.
