Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years experience in this field preferred.
• Must be eligible for CNA certification or enrolled in healthcare program; Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• Sanford Driving Policy requires driving eligibility in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements resident activities and events.
• Manages activity staff schedules and coordinates volunteer staffing and activities.
• Plans and oversees utilization of resources and designs of work processes.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and works with residents with varying needs.
