Job summary

The Residence at Vinnin Square, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, seeks a Resident Engagement Director in Massachusetts. You will design and oversee engaging activities for residents, ensuring a high-quality program that supports mental, physical, and social well-being.

You will hire and supervise activities staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to foster partnerships and occupancy growth, while maintaining NH state guidelines where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Recreational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in recreational therapy and gerontology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead the Activities Program to enhance residents' physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and social well-being.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate Activities staff; manage schedules and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for community outreach and partnerships; plan calendars and newsletters.
