The Residence at Salem Woods, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is seeking a Resident Engagement Director to design and lead activities that enrich residents’ mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being. You will organize, coordinate, and participate in enrichment programs, hire and supervise staff, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to foster community occupancy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or related field preferred.
• Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist preferred; NH requires rt certification within one year.

• Design and lead activities to enhance residents' mental, physical, spiritual, cultural and social well-being.
• Organize, coordinate and participate in enrichment activities for all residents; hire, evaluate and supervise Activities staff.
• Develop monthly/weekly calendars; expand volunteer programs; coordinate transportation and escorts; work with Sales/Marketing on occupancy growth.
