Job summary

Dial Senior Living is seeking an Activities Coordinator to work with the lifestyle team in Westminster, CO. You will design and lead a variety of resident activities to create a vibrant, inclusive community and foster engagement.

Responsibilities include planning events, coordinating outings, documenting engagement in LifeLoop, and supporting social media content. A high school diploma and 18+ age are required; flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate activities across multiple categories (physical, social, recreational, intellectual/educational, creative, entertainment, religious, service/volunteering, and special requests).
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop and track trends.
• Coordinate outings, events and celebrations, and assist as a chaperone.
• Get to know residents and promote activities to match interests.
• Decorate the facility for events, seasons and holidays.
• Invite and remind residents to participate and assist them to activities.
• Support social media content creation and posting for the community.
• Drive the company vehicle for activities and appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experiences.
• Identify and requisition needed supplies for planned activities.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
