The Outlook at Windhaven in Plano, TX seeks an accounting professional to manage billing, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close while leading the Resident Services Desk for a welcoming community.

This role requires an Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred. Experience with private-pay billing and Yardi is a plus, with strong service orientation to residents.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or 2-4 years month-end close experience
• Experience in computerized accounting systems and standard software
• Ability to relate positively with residents, families, staff
• Understanding AR billing statements and discrepancies

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate census in accounting system daily
• Handle private pay billing collections and follow-ups
• Enter all payments into accounting software
• Process refunds, write-offs, adjustments, and AR reports
• Research and reconcile past due balances
• Perform month-end close procedures and post journal entries
• Prepare and review month-end financial reports
• Supervise Resident Services Desk staff
