Autumn Oaks of Corinth in Corinth, TX seeks an experienced Business Office Manager to lead billing, collection, resident trust accounting, payroll, and accounts payable.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience and Multifamily Housing experience; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; with strong analytical and leadership abilities and willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or a combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assisted living facility business office setting with billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.
• Experience in Multifamily Housing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all business office activities including billing, collecting and resident trust accounting.
• Supervise, hire and train business office staff and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee patient billing and A/R across Insurance, Private and other payers.
• Manage month-end closing and posting of charges, adjustments and refunds.
• Provide information to accounting to clear claim edits and rejections.
