Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience.
• Advanced Excel; Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks or similar experience preferred.
