Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer focused on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining live video streaming and OTT platforms in a 24/7 environment.

You will respond to production alerts, analyze logs and metrics, join incident calls with customers and engineering teams, and perform production changes. On-call rotation nights/weekends when required, collaborating with SRE and Media Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Senior production support experience with live video/OTT platforms.
• Strong knowledge of streaming protocols, cloud infrastructure, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production alerts.
• Analyze logs and system metrics.
• Join incident calls with customers and engineering teams.
• Make configuration changes in production environments.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends when required).
• Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Role: Media Operations Engineer.
