• 5+ years in live event production, broadcast engineering, streaming operations, or related technical production role.
• Hands-on experience with professional streaming platforms and enterprise streaming.
• Proven track record of executing high-stakes live events with large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Live Event Operations: execute and monitor multi‑channel streaming for company events.
• Pre‑production planning: design streaming architecture for multi-location events.
• Post‑Event operations: publish VOD with captions and metadata.
• Platform Operations: optimize primary streaming platform, monitor server health and performance.
• Incident Management: lead on‑call responses and document RCAs.
• System Integrations: integrate streaming with Salesforce, Slack, and analytics tools.
• Engineering & Continuous Improvement: develop SOPs, automate repetitive tasks, and improve streaming architecture.
