Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Analyst, Live Service to provide pre-trade and post-trade operational support. Reporting to the Manager, Live Service, you will be at the heart of the LSE 24/5 operating model, ensuring smooth extended-hours trading and market integrity.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, exchanges, clearing members, and CCPs to deliver robust real-time support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the LSE and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role supporting financial clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work flexibly across extended trading hours.
• Experience in professional, client-focused environments with detailed processes.
• Confident teammate with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of equities and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Support extended-hours trading operations to ensure market stability and client service.
• Act as an escalation point for market events and incidents with timely resolution.
• Undertake market recovery actions including site recovery, halts, resumptions, and instrument suspensions.
• Provide real-time operational support for market activities across the LSE 24/5 market.
• Perform structured shift handovers and maintain operational continuity across regional teams.
• Identify and minimize risks by reviewing risk indicators and tracking remediation actions.
• Lead and maintain real-time instrument and reference data.
• First-line contact for client queries, issues, and disputes.
• Collaborate with products, teams, and business areas to improve services.
