Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking an Analyst, Live Service to provide pre-trade and post-trade operational support within the LSE 24/5 model, ensuring smooth extended-hours trading and market integrity. You will partner with Sales, Product, Technology, exchanges and CCPs to support market operations and initiatives.

Utilising real-time surveillance, incident management and market support, you will help deliver resilient services and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role supporting financial clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience working across extended trading hours with client focus.

Responsibilities

Support extended-hours trading operations within the LSE 24/5 model and resolve live-service issues.
Coordinate with business, technology and external partners to drive timely resolution of events.
Lead market recovery actions including late starts, halts, resumptions and instrument updates.
Provide real-time operational support and conduct shift handovers for regional teams.
Identify risks in pre-trade and post-trade operations and remediate control gaps.
Collaborate across products and teams to drive process improvements.
