London Stock Exchange Group is seeking an Analyst, Live Service to provide pre-trade and post-trade operational support within the LSE 24/5 model, ensuring smooth extended-hours trading and market integrity. The Analyst, Live Service is responsible for providing pre-trade and post-trade operational support. Reporting to the Manager, Live Service, this is a high-impact, market-facing role that sits at the heart of the LSE 24/5 operating model, helping ensure the smooth operation of extended-hours trading. The role plays a critical part in maintaining market integrity and resilience through activities such as stock suspensions, trading cycle interventions, order deletions, and real-time market monitoring. The Live Service Team delivers real-time operational support and middle-office services across the London Stock Exchange and Turquoise markets. Working at the center of a dynamic trading environment, the team collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Technology, exchange and clearing members, and CCPs to support market operations and drive strategic business and product initiatives. The Live Service Market Operations team forms part of Market Supervision, which oversees the efficient, compliant, and resilient operation of LSEG markets, including LSE and Turquoise venues. Through real-time and post-trade surveillance, operational oversight, incident management, and market support, the team plays a key role in enabling the successful delivery of the LSE 24/5 operating model and supporting the evolution of modern market infrastructure.
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role supporting financial clients, with proven customer service skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work to deadlines under pressure. Ability to work flexibly across extended trading hours. Experience working in professional, client-focused environments where detailed processes and procedures must be followed. Confident phenomenal teammate with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. Knowledge of equities and financial markets.
