London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks an Analyst, Live Service to provide pre-trade and post-trade operational support for the LSE 24/5 operating model. Reporting to the Manager, Live Service, you will help ensure smooth extended-hours trading and preserve market integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a similar role supporting financial clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work across extended trading hours.
• Experience in professional, client-focused environments with documented processes.
• Knowledge of equities and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-trade and post-trade operational support for extended-hours trading.
• Serve as escalation point during market events and incidents, coordinating with partners.
• Lead market recovery actions including late market starts, suspensions, and recoveries.
• Provide real-time operational support across the LSE 24/5 market.
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure continuity across regional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology and external partners to improve services.
• Support system enhancements and address technical and production issues.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and regulatory change projects.
