Job summary

TAIT partners with artists, brands, IP holders and place makers to bring culture-defining experiences to life. The Project Manager III leads end-to-end delivery of complex projects, owning the full lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and resources align to client expectations and TAIT standards.

The role drives strategic problem-solving, collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, operations and support, and communicates progress while balancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or related field.
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project scheduling (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
• Budget management and analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Epicor, SAP)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Content Management System (e.g. Box, SharePoint, Google Drive)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes and principles
• Ability to be in office Monday - Friday, with travel to job sites up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multidimensional projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Translate client scope into clear project plans aligning technical solutions, operations, and finances.
• Balance standard and custom solutions to meet client expectations and constraints.
• Drive strategic problem-solving and course correction across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts to deliver practical solutions.
• Monitor risks, budgets, schedules, and change orders; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and budgets; manage cost estimates and contingencies.
