Job summary

AEG Presents in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager Production to lead the production team for assigned events, developing and executing comprehensive event plans that meet contractual requirements and production objectives.

You will manage show budgets, monitor expenses, coordinate venue and artist requirements, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field required.
• 4–6 years in live events or music industry.
• Knowledge of concert production budgets.
• Experience troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison for the venue and estimate show costs.
• Advance and coordinate all technical aspects including logistics and rentals.
• Manage budgets and track expenses within contract terms.
• Oversee day-of-show operations and supervise staff.
• Prepare production expenses for settlement and assist with payroll.
