Job summary

AEG is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production team, manage budgets, and ensure contractual obligations are met for each show. You will coordinate with venues, artists, and talent buyers to execute tours and events on schedule.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in concert production, strong budget discipline, and the ability to solve logistical challenges in a fast-paced environment, including long hours and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and developing budgets.
• Experience in the music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between venue and artist to ensure production needs meet contract.
• Work with talent buyer to schedule tours, build offers, and create show budgets.
• Collaborate with venue to ensure operations meet show needs and conditions.
• Resolve production issues that arise during the show timeline.
• Develop relationships with artists, tour crew, artist management and venues for clear communication.
• Set and track show budgets within limits and manage payroll for production staff.
• May hire local labor, rentals and other show needs.
• May manage production logistics at other locations or venues.
