Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of live show production, budgeting, and team leadership for events in Seattle. You will ensure contracts are met and costs tracked from load-in to settlement, coordinating with artists, venues, and vendors.

The role requires 4–6 years in production, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong skills in budgeting, contracts interpretation, and problem solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of event production experience.
• Experience interpreting event contracts.
• Experience in music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between venue and artist to ensure production needs and contract adherence.
• Work with talent buyer to schedule tours, build offers and budgets.
• Coordinate with venue to ensure everything is in order and needs met.
• Resolve production issues during show timeline.
• Develop relationships with artists, tour crew, venues for smooth communication.
• Set and track show budget within limits.
• Oversee load in/out and manage local labor crews and payroll.
• Handle show settlements and closeout with accounting.
• Hire local labor and rentals as needed.
• Manage production logistics at other locations as directed.
