Job summary

AEG in Seattle is seeking a Production Manager to advance all show details and lead the production team to execute performances as contracted. You will adhere to budgets and ensure producer, venue and artist needs are met.

You will liaison between venues and artists, build tour schedules and budgets, manage load-in/out, payroll, and on‑site problem solving. BA/BS and 4–6 years’ experience in live events required; music industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience in production management.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and developing budgets.
• Experience in music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between venue and artist to ensure production needs and contract terms.
• Work with talent buyer and artist to schedule tours, build offers and budgets.
• Coordinate with venue to ensure all show needs are met and systems are functional.
• Resolve production issues during the show timeline.
• Develop relationships with artist, tour crew, venues and management to ensure clear communication.
