Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in live event production.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, lighting, staging, rigging and CAD design.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Valid Class B CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup and operation of multimedia events and projects.
• Lead client communications and align designs with client vision.
• Estimate event needs, site surveys, and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Schedule staff and manage project timelines with director and staff.
