Job summary

ASM Global Group is seeking a seasoned Production Lead to manage event production from concept to completion at our venues. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and coordination across departments to deliver seamless operations and safe, high-quality experiences for audiences.

You will work with lighting, audio, video, and rigging teams, maintain equipment, and enforce OSHA safety standards while adapting to odd hours, weekends, and nights as required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with digital audio, video displays, lighting systems and networking.
• Experience as an audio engineer in arenas and concert environments.
• Familiar with TriCaster or similar systems and IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates, schedule production personnel, and staff events.
• Spearhead assigned shows from planning through execution as primary production lead.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments and contractors to ensure facility readiness.
