Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE in Austin seeks a Manager Production to lead production for live events, coordinating budgets, venue and artist requirements. You will oversee logistics, supervise staff, and ensure excellence from load-in to load-out while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years in production, a related BA/BS, and strong budgeting and leadership skills. A robust benefits package and bonus eligibility are provided.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (4-year) in a related field.
• 4-6 years of related professional experience, including contracts and budgets.
• Experience in music or live events preferred.
• Experience managing event budgets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the venue and estimate show costs.
• Advance and coordinate all technical aspects, including logistics and rentals.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure contract adherence.
• Communicate advance details to all stakeholders clearly.
• Oversee day-of-show operations and supervise staff.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training production staff.
• Maintain assets and equipment, and manage maintenance schedules.
• Possible show settlement and payroll review responsibilities.
