IMG LIVE in St. Louis is seeking a Sr. Manager for Live Event Production. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of live events, manage vendor coordination, and lead onsite crews, ensuring quality execution. You will be accountable for budgets, schedules, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 4-7+ years of experience in event production, is detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work nights and weekends and travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• 4‑7+ years of experience in live event production, experiential marketing, festivals, or entertainment production.
• Strong understanding of event logistics, staging, AV, scenic fabrication, and production operations.
• Experience managing crews, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and solve problems quickly onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of live event production from pre‑production to onsite execution.
• Manage production schedules, logistics, labor, and vendor coordination.
• Lead onsite crews including production assistants, stagehands, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
• Track budgets, purchases, invoices, and production expenses.
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and provide quick solutions.
